About the Role
The Business Development Specialist drives new revenue by prospecting and converting leads into sales. This role focuses on consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals while managing sales orders in internal systems. You will work in a professional office setting in Camarillo, CA, supporting high-volume calling and structured sales processes. The environment is designed for fast-paced growth, offering a clear path for performance-based advancement within a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Requirements
