As a Business Development Manager (Well Intervention), you will drive revenue growth by building brand awareness, generating new business, and expanding existing customer relationships within the Permian Basin. This is an opportunity to join early in a scaling phase, with the potential to eventually build and lead your own team in the region.
You will be responsible for expanding market presence through lead generation, partner development, and industry networking. The role requires staying current on market trends and technologies while developing and executing sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Daily travel to customer sites across the Permian Basin is expected.
