About the Role
The Business Development Director drives strategic growth within an assigned market or region through the development and execution of referral-based business development strategies. This role is directly accountable for generating referrals and achieving growth goals while providing leadership to Business Development Associates. As a key ambassador of Angels of Care Home Health, you will promote services in alignment with organizational standards, growth objectives, and the HALOS values (Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed). Your work ensures that families experience a seamless and responsive start and continuation of care.
In this position, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to execute market growth strategies. You will serve as a liaison between referral sources, intake, operations, and clinical teams to support timely service continuity. The role also involves representing Angels of Care at job fairs, nursing schools, and community outreach opportunities, while maintaining a professional presence on approved social media platforms.
Note: Regular travel throughout the designated territory is expected.

Requirements
