About the Role
This hybrid position uniquely combines the strategic depth of a Senior Business Analyst with the technical rigor of a Software Quality Assurance Tester. The role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that complex business processes are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into functional specifications.
You will operate in a fast-paced Agile environment, working autonomously to support business process analysis across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Your day-to-day involves capturing requirements, mapping current and future state workflows, and developing comprehensive artifacts such as user stories, wireframes, and data dictionaries. Simultaneously, you will validate the resulting software through manual and automated testing, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance before go-live.

Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as their experience working independently in an Agile setting.
