We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our IT team. Acting as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into effective IT solutions. This role is designed to support projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Your work will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will gather and analyze business requirements to design and implement IT systems that enhance performance, while collecting and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying opportunities to streamline IT operations and workflows, recommending enhancements for efficiency and cost savings. You will also provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends to assist in the evaluation and adoption of new tools and platforms.
Interested candidates should submit their application directly. For further inquiries, please contact Silpa.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
