About the Team

You will join the OSG Client Services Reporting Team, a high-performing group dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for a diverse set of internal business partners. Our team partners with internal business units across Fidelity to provide actionable insights that support day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. We are committed to evolving how data is visualized and utilized to drive efficiency and value across the enterprise.

About the Role

In this position, you will translate business objectives into impactful reporting solutions, align with our data visualization strategy, and continuously improve processes. You will serve as a proactive team player who engages others, questions assumptions, and promotes innovative solutions through collaboration. The role requires building and maintaining a strong network of colleagues across the Fidelity Enterprise while making informed decisions independently within a wide context.

You will approach challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset, demonstrating curiosity and a strong desire to understand complex systems and workflows. Your work will involve designing, developing, and enhancing SAP BusinessObjects Universes, applying advanced reporting logic, and partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.
