A services organization in Connecticut is actively seeking a new Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role serves as a vital liaison between the business community and the IT organization (or vendors), ensuring that technical solutions effectively meet user needs.
The Business Analyst will lead business process design and documentation for new technologies, creating workflows and conveying findings through presentations and diagrams. The position involves owning functional and technical business requirements from end-to-end, supporting project management efforts, and analyzing operations to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Additionally, the role supports the integration of new products, services, and regulatory requirements into existing operations while negotiating agreements between business units and technical solution teams.
Candidates should possess strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover weaknesses in policies and procedures. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential for effectively communicating with small-to-medium-sized groups and providing performance feedback. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter capable of working independently.

Requirements
