As a Business Analysis Manager within Capital One's Retail and Small Business Bank Orgs, you will join a collaborative environment that values insight and encourages continuous learning. In this position, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One amidst shifting consumer and regulatory demands. You will serve as a tenacious decision-maker, balancing a healthy, aggressive approach with responsible business judgment.
Your day-to-day involves leading product and pricing strategies for various lending products, overseeing direct-to-consumer marketing efforts, and driving step-change improvements in credit performance. You will connect future consumer credit trends to historical behavior to create robust risk models and test hypotheses. Beyond the analytics, you will manage and sequence the delivery of business intent, building requirements and executing against product strategy while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
You will partner closely with colleagues across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability. If you are selected, you may also have the opportunity to manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates to help build and retain talent at Capital One.

Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering; 5+ years of experience in analysis; 2+ years of experience in financial services; 1+ year of experience in consulting; 2+ years of experience in people management; Previous consulting experience.
