As a Business Administrator, you will join a small, dynamic team where you play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly. Working closely with the CFO, the Accounts Payable Clerk, and the Payroll Clerk, you will own a broad mix of responsibilities that bridge finance, HR, and logistics.
Your day-to-day will involve managing purchasing and stock levels, liaising with suppliers, and handling finance support tasks such as accounts receivable, invoicing, and debt collection. You will also oversee HR administration, including holiday registers and expense processing, while managing fleet and premises paperwork, from vehicle insurance and MOTs to tax compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive team player comfortable in a growing business environment, offering hybrid and flexible working options from our Lancaster office.
