About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of the South Yard operations, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. This role is vital to our mission of delivering mobility solutions, requiring you to execute flawless operations on designated routes and schedules while adhering to stringent safety protocols.

Your day will involve championing vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and providing exceptional care to passengers. You will ensure smooth boarding and timely disembarkation, enforcing safety measures such as seat belt usage and being prepared for emergency responses. This position requires working independently in varying weather conditions, navigating heavy traffic areas, and maintaining vigilance throughout your shift.

Hiring Process

Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. The selection process includes a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Candidates must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug testing in compliance with federal regulations (49 CFR Part 40).
