About the Role
As a Building Manager at our Lithia Home Office in Medford, OR, you will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting our teams. This position is designed for someone with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset who is willing to jump in where needed. Your work will directly elevate the employee experience by ensuring our physical workspace is safe, clean, and functional.
You will serve as the central point of contact for all facility needs, coordinating everything from vendor partnerships and inspections to daily maintenance and workspace adjustments. Whether you are managing long-term file storage, removing graffiti, or conducting cost analysis on vendor invoices, your organizational skills will keep our operations running without interruption.
