The immediate vacancies are open for the position of SR-22 (Step D to I), with a salary range of $5,369 to $6,535 per month. In this position, you will represent Central Services management in overseeing the operation and maintenance of State buildings and related facilities within an assigned area. Your mission is to develop and recommend policies, procedures, and plans that provide optimum conditions for facility tenants and their clientele. You will also be responsible for creating contingency plans to ensure the safety and security of facilities and users during emergency or critical conditions. Additionally, the role involves managing custodial staff through subordinate supervisors and performing other related duties as assigned.
