CentiMark is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Canonsburg, PA. As the primary point of contact for facility support, you will coordinate with vendors for HVAC, plumbing, snow removal, and waste/recycling services. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our headquarters and ensuring a safe, functional environment for our staff.
In this position, you will manage general facility upkeep and handle shipping and receiving tasks, including coordinating all incoming and outgoing parcels via UPS and FedEx. You will also perform light plumbing and electrical work, such as replacing faucets, traps, outlets, and ballasts. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional seasonal overtime required during winter months to assist with clearing entryway sidewalks.
