About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Lead Building Engineer to oversee the physical operations of a commercial property in West Palm Beach, FL. This role requires a unique blend of "boots-on-the-ground" technical ability and high-level systems management.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing basic handyman repairs as they are managing complex HVAC and chiller systems. You will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for ensuring the building remains operational, efficient, and safe for all tenants. The position demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with availability for occasional after-hours emergency calls.

Requirements
