About the Role
As a Building Engineer at Hines, you will embark on a career journey fueled by vision and guided by leaders who set the standards of our industry. You will ensure the basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems, routinely reviewing operating conditions to resolve any abnormal issues. Your work is central to delivering an exceptional client experience, which at Hines means combining a hospitality culture with real estate knowledge to create spaces where people feel valued, connected, and inspired.
In this role, you will support engineering staff in the delivery of Hines' Hospitality Standards, ensuring all building maintenance aligns with service level standards for a best-in-class, client-centric experience. You will provide a timely and hospitable response to inquiries and work orders, maintaining a collaborative and professional work environment while actively contributing to the team's strategic goals. You will be expected to demonstrate full competency in emergency procedures and adhere to all safety policies, ensuring property compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations.

Requirements
