Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of apartment homes and building systems
- check_circleRespond promptly to resident service requests and maintenance emergencies
- check_circleMonitor building systems and equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and proper operation
- check_circleCoordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
- check_circleMaintain accurate records of work orders, equipment status, and inventory of supplies
- check_circleEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and housing regulations
- check_circleAssist with unit turns by preparing vacant apartments for new residents
- check_circleSupport the overall upkeep of the community, including common areas and amenities
- check_circleManage maintenance supplies and stay within budget guidelines
Requirements
