About the Role
At our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will put your automation expertise to work in facilities that set the bar. As the Building Automation and Controls Manager, you will lead the Building Automation Systems (BAS) strategy, system optimization, and engineering talent across our portfolio of 55+ first-class facilities.
This role is designed for a leader who thrives on driving efficiency and performance. You will partner with Operations and Construction teams to identify improvements for building controls, ensuring our growing portfolio runs at peak performance. Your day-to-day involves directing the design and optimization of HVAC controls, developing a team of Building System Engineers, and maintaining system upgrades alongside cybersecurity policies and standard processes.
