Taylor Morrison is a leading homebuilder dedicated to delivering quality communities. Within the Land Department, the team focuses on the strategic acquisition and development of land, ensuring timely project delivery and seamless community setup. This role supports the Land Development and Forward Planning staff, acting as a vital link between internal departments and external stakeholders such as lenders, Homeowners Associations, and the Department of Real Estate.
As a Land Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to drive the Land Department's mission. Your day-to-day involves preparing and administering contracts, tracking and processing invoices, and maintaining comprehensive project files. You will play a key role in the establishment of new projects by coordinating with all departments to handle necessary paperwork for community setups.
This position requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in preparing Investment Committee binders, reviewing property management startup documentation, and tracking project budgets and schedules. Success in this role depends on your ability to multi-task, solve problems, and communicate effectively with various levels of management and external contacts.
