About the Role

Ft Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking an onsite Broadcast Traffic Coordinator to support its Radio and TV properties in Southwest Florida. This role serves as the operational backbone for commercial execution, ensuring that all advertising content is acquired, logged, and delivered with precision and timeliness.

You will act as a central hub, collaborating directly with Account Executives, Sales Management, the production department, agencies, and commercial providers. Your day-to-day involves managing the flow of local and national commercial material, maintaining accurate media inventory, and preparing daily logs for billing reconciliation. Success in this position requires a high degree of organizational skill and the ability to resolve discrepancies while adhering to strict contract provisions and deadlines.
