About the Role
As a Broadband Representative, you will be the face of Vyve in your community. This role is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with their hands, and meeting new people every day. No two days are the same: one day you might be setting up a new customer with Vyve Gig internet, and the next you could be troubleshooting an issue to get a family streaming again.
You will work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons, installing and servicing internet and TV for homes and businesses. The role involves operating company vehicles, maintaining tools and equipment, and educating customers on using their new services. You will be part of a supportive team invested in your success, with opportunities for career growth into senior technical and leadership roles.
