About the Role
The Brewer/Cellar Operator is the backbone of our production team in Windsor, VT. This hands-on role is designed for an experienced brewing professional committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will execute the day-to-day brewing and cellar functions required to produce consistent, high-quality beer, playing a vital part in the journey from wort production to the final product.
In this fast-paced environment, you will manage fermentation, filtration, yeast handling, and tank maintenance while ensuring all facility processes run smoothly. Success in this role requires mechanical aptitude, the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting production demands.
Working Conditions
This position involves physical work in a production environment. You will be exposed to varying temperatures, moisture, heat, and moving equipment. The role requires comfort working safely around chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing, as well as the ability to navigate elevated heights and tight spaces.

- check_circlePerform all cellar operations including CIP, sanitizing tanks, yeast handling, and keg racking
- check_circleExecute wort production processes including milling, ingredient additions, and sample collection
- check_circleOperate filtration equipment and sanitize lines and filters
