Based at the Homewood Suites Dublin, the Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area. This role serves as the first point of contact for many guests, setting the tone for their stay through attentive, friendly, and service-oriented interactions.
The day-to-day involves maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, ensuring menus are pristine and service areas are fully stocked. You will greet and seat guests promptly, accommodate special requests, and support the beverage and food service teams by handling tasks ranging from dishwashing to restocking equipment. A key part of the role is acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the hotel, answering questions about the brand, local attractions, and unique hotel characteristics while delivering high-quality drinks and adhering to all service standards.
