About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Expression Senior Designer - Digital Commerce & Content to join our team at the Winton Hill Business Center in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will lead a digital content team, creating high-impact assets for iconic brands like Charmin, Bounty, and Puffs.

Combining strong design expertise with strategic leadership, you will elevate creative quality, set design standards, and drive results. Your day-to-day involves managing high-volume asset production with efficiency, scaling AI tools and workflows to boost creative output, and contributing to the optimization of the physical content studio. You will ensure clear briefs, maintain smooth operations, and inspire the team within a fast-paced studio environment.

You will be given ownership of your work from day one, with specific areas of responsibility. You will work with passionate people, receiving formal training and day-to-day mentoring from your manager in a dynamic and encouraging environment.
