About the Role
We are looking for a Branch Service Manager to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Englewood Branch. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, we want to speak with you!
In this role, you will partner with the Branch Manager or Business Center Manager to manage branch service, sales, and operations functions. You will serve as a leader and mentor, guiding your team through training, coaching, and performance management. Your day will involve resolving complex client service issues, driving the sale and referral of bank products, and ensuring high-quality work standards are maintained. This is an opportunity to lead a group effectively while dealing with people in various job capacities to solve problems and build relationships.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma
- verified2+ years experience in retail banking, sales, new accounts, customer service, loan processes or other directly related experience

- verifiedKnowledge of computer programs, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets etc
