About the Role
As a Branch Manager in Branch Banking, you will be front and center representing our brand while ensuring the branch meets and exceeds customer expectations. Your mission is to help people experience our Customer Promise: helping people make the most of their money so they can make the most of their lives by providing education and advice tailored to their financial needs.
In this role, you will direct all aspects of branch operations, grow deposits and investments, and coach bankers and associate bankers. You will create an environment that influences the use of technology to meet customers' needs today and in the future. This involves collaborating with partners in Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide a seamless experience. You will act as the standard bearer of Chase, educating clients on digital platforms and building partnerships with local businesses to strengthen the brand in the community.
Hiring Process
Successful completion of the Branch Manager training program is a pre-requisite to be considered active in the role. Candidates must be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel.

Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date and timely completion of annual renewals.
