The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, serving as a leader who inspires team members to perform to their full potential. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a pay-for-performance atmosphere and possesses a sales mentality. You will exercise independent judgment in making decisions affecting employees and branch operations while adhering to company policy guidelines and District Supervisor oversight.
As a subject matter expert on our personal loan product offerings, you will present loan solutions to current and potential customers that help them achieve their financial goals. The position requires cultivating new relationships with local retail businesses and maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones. You will oversee branch operations solvency through the control of assets, proper credit extension, and counseling of past-due customers. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with a high degree of integrity who is adaptable to an ever-changing environment and desires career advancement.
This position works in an office providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. It occasionally requires driving in your personal vehicle. The Branch Manager typically works more than 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime required. This position is considered exempt for purposes of federal wage-hour law.
