From our exclusive Japan-import arcade games and 100+ crane machines to professional-grade billiards, karaoke, and a full-service bar, we create a unique entertainment destination for families and friends. Since our first U.S. location opened in 2010, we have grown rapidly to over 50 locations nationwide, building a solid brand presence in the entertainment and amusement industry.
We are currently expanding our footprint with a brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Pacific View in Ventura. This role is pivotal in launching our operations at this new location, ensuring we deliver the high-energy, safe, and friendly environment our guests expect.
About the Role
We are looking for a Manager or Supervisor to lead the bowling department at our new Ventura location. This is a dynamic role for someone who is passionate about video games, bowling, and karaoke, and who thrives in a fun, people-centric environment.
You will be the face of the bowling department, responsible for the sales, profits, staffing, image, and daily operations, including rentals and parties. Your day will involve being constantly visible and accessible to guests, providing bowling tips, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. You will manage the administration of business goals regarding revenue, expenses, and employee morale while overseeing the entire guest experience from the lanes to the party rooms.
As a leader in a high-energy venue, you will handle alcohol service, enforce safety and compliance standards, and coordinate special events like "Moonlight Strike" games. This position requires a hands-on approach, from inspecting equipment and maintaining lane supplies to operating the pinsetter system and managing staff schedules.
