This position serves as a critical link in maintaining aircraft structural integrity through precise bonding and repair procedures. The role exists to ensure that all composite and metal components meet rigorous FAA-approved standards and manufacturer specifications, directly contributing to flight safety and operational reliability.
In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with production teams to coordinate the fitting and alignment of heavy parts. Your day involves a blend of hands-on fabrication and meticulous inspection, from preparing structural surfaces for bonding to identifying and addressing defects such as delaminations and dents. You will be responsible for fabricating defective sections using specialized machinery and ensuring that all shelf-life materials are current and compliant before use.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform bonding procedures including wet layup, prepreg, and metal bond
