As a Boilermaker, you will be the backbone of our maintenance and construction efforts, responsible for constructing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our clients' operations.
In this position, you will work directly with blueprints to align structures and plate sections, assembling boiler frames, tanks, or vats. Your day-to-day involves a hands-on approach using a variety of hand and power tools, plumb bobs, levels, and welding equipment to inspect, repair, and test assembled vessels. You will engage in the direct cleaning of boilers and furnaces, inspecting fittings like safety valves and regulators, and performing essential repairs to ensure leakproof joints and proper fit. Whether you are shaping seams, installing refractory bricks, or assembling large vessels in an on-site fabrication shop, your expertise ensures that every component meets rigorous standards.
