About the Role

Quad Lomira is seeking a Full-Time Building Maintenance Mechanic (Boiler Room) to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility's core infrastructure. You will be the primary point of contact for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our boiler and solvent recovery systems, as well as a wide array of support equipment including water treatment systems, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and fire suppression systems.

In this position, you will perform skilled mechanical maintenance work with a focus on boiler operations and solvent recovery. Your day-to-day involves operating, adjusting, and starting up equipment independently, conducting water testing and chemical treatments, and maintaining detailed equipment logs. You will also be responsible for generating EPA reports and monitoring fire protection systems. Success in this role requires the ability to work safely and efficiently in accordance with DNR and EPA guidelines, often with minimal supervision.
