As a Back of House Supervisor, you will support the management team in cultivating a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable kitchen crew that consistently goes above and beyond. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of responsibilities, ranging from direct guest interaction and expediting orders to hands-on cooking. You will be trained to understand our food standards deeply, allowing you to coach and support your team as you execute shifts. Working closely with the Chef and Sous Chef, you will contribute to a cohesive team service environment where excellence is the norm.
