This position serves as a vital link between our service department and the manufacturer, ensuring the integrity of our warranty operations. You will be responsible for preparing records, reconciling claims, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and distributors in strict accordance with company guidelines. Your work directly supports the financial health of the dealership and the efficiency of our reconditioning workflow.
In this role, you will verify criteria required by the factory, post credits for payments, and maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) documents to ensure we meet or exceed company standards. You will assist the Recon Manager with reconditioning workflows and manage warranty parts for scrapping or refund. The role requires close collaboration with factory representatives, distributors, and internal teams to follow up on unpaid claims and maintain organized, compliant records.
