This is a full-time night shift position within our Machine Operations family, operating on a consistent 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM rotating schedule. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will ensure the precision and safety of our production processes, working with dairy and nut products alongside other related ingredients and allergens.
You will be responsible for following detailed work instructions and batch records to verify ingredients before weighing and measuring. Using computer-aided software or manual methods, you will accurately measure each component and load them into the blender in the specified order. Your role also involves maintaining strict separation of materials to manage allergens, conducting basic troubleshooting on blending equipment, and ensuring all required paperwork, such as batch entry logs and cleaning forms, is completed accurately and on time.
Safety is paramount in this environment. You are expected to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), actively identifying Critical Control Points (CCP). You will stop any observed unsafe acts, report hazards, and support our facility's safety policies and programs. Additionally, you will maintain equipment and work areas to meet 5S standards and actively participate in shift exchanges and team meetings.
As an employee-owned company, we offer a unique culture where you are part of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) from day one.
