As a BioPharmaceutical Account Manager, you will be pivotal in establishing strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and maximizing the adoption of our pharmaceutical solutions. This role exists to bridge the gap between our innovative treatments and the medical community, ensuring that patients have access to the care they need.
In this position, you will implement strategic sales plans to increase market share within your assigned territory. Your day-to-day involves developing and maintaining effective customer relations with both purchasing decision-makers and end-users. You will manage and grow the business by presenting new products and services while enhancing existing relationships. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with sales and marketing team members on strategic business planning and coordinate with medical staff to arrange presentations, seminars, and educational activities.
Success in this role requires a profound understanding of the pharmaceutical sales process and the ability to monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary. You will provide management with feedback regarding market intelligence and strategic recommendations, utilizing business analytics tools and CRM systems to prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to negotiate and close deals, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for this role.
