About the Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Design Technician (Detailer) to join a team dedicated to exceptional workmanship, professional integrity, and extraordinary service. In this role, you will be at the center of our pre-construction planning, systems design, safety management, and constructability analysis. You will collaborate closely with in-house engineers, designers, and field teams to drive clarity and implement virtual construction processes through the integration of VDC methods.

Your day will involve using Revit software to prepare detailed BIM models of concrete structures for field personnel and assisting in the design and detailing of forming systems. You will review project documents to identify conflicts or missing information, contributing ideas to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. A key part of this role is building strong relationships with field staff through frequent site visits and attending project meetings to resolve technical coordination issues. You will also manage RFIs, track changes impacting costs, and ensure the efficient delivery of up-to-date drawings and instructions to the job site.
