About the Role
This position supports the day-to-day operations of the terminal by performing a variety of essential office tasks. The role is critical to ensuring smooth logistics workflows, from organizing incoming mail and paperwork to verifying driver documentation for each load. You will serve as a key point of contact by answering phone calls and addressing questions or concerns from drivers and other stakeholders.
