Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish)

About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, and stay up-to-date with product features while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.

This is a part-time role based at Store #703552 (13500 Bel Red Rd, Bellevue, WA 98005). The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base.

Hiring Process

1. Online Application: Find the role on our Careers page and set aside 15 minutes to create your profile.
2. Digital Interview: Upon review, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This consists of behavioral-based questions and can be completed on your own schedule within 7 days of the invitation.
3. In-Store Interview: Top candidates from the video interview will be invited to meet with the team in-store.
