About the Role
An established Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a high-energy, upbeat Bilingual Receptionist to join a fast-paced, very busy environment. This is not a typical receptionist position; it is ideal for a candidate who thrives under pressure and is ready for a challenge.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring clients are seen in a timely manner and providing excellent customer service. You will manage multiple phone lines, screen and route calls to the appropriate legal and administrative staff, and take down client messages. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, setting up new client folders, and managing copying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Language Requirement
Must be able to speak fluent English AND Spanish. (No exceptions)
