About the Role
A prestigious personal injury law firm is seeking a high-energy, upbeat Bilingual Receptionist to join a fast-paced, very busy environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives under pressure and is ready for a dynamic challenge.
As the first point of contact, you will ensure clients are seen in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service. You will manage multiple phone lines, screen and route calls to the appropriate legal and administrative staff, and take down detailed client messages. Your day will also involve scheduling appointments, setting up new client folders, and handling essential administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, faxing, and filing. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of the functions of each department and the ability to multitask effectively as a team member.
Language Requirement:
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This requirement is mandatory with no exceptions.
