Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual Operations Recruiter to drive talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This role is critical for building a robust pipeline of part-time talent across multiple markets and ensuring the hiring engine operates seamlessly. You will partner closely with Operations leaders to own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through offer acceptance and pre-boarding. Success in this position requires a blend of organizational precision, urgency, and the ability to engage the right people at scale.
As a remote team member, you will support operations across the western U.S. while residing in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Las Vegas. Your schedule will align with Pacific Time to effectively collaborate with regional hiring partners and manage daily hiring activities.
