As the face of the property, you will conduct engaging tours that highlight the unique benefits of our beautiful residences and guide prospects through the entire leasing process with professionalism and a personal touch. You will serve as the go-to person for resident relations, addressing inquiries with a warm demeanor and assisting with lease applications, renewals, and service requests. Your goal is to maintain a high standard of care through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails to ensure resident satisfaction.
You will partner with your team to achieve occupancy goals and deliver an outstanding resident experience, utilizing property management software to keep accurate records while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies.
