Bilingual Multi-Location Branch Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the Role

This position serves as a vital bridge between Sherwin-Williams and commercial paint customers. As a Branch Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our extensive product lines, and recommend the right solutions. Your role is essential in ensuring maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store environment.

You will be expected to work at multiple locations within a 15-mile radius of Store #708641 in Kent, WA. This role requires bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base. The position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise, necessitating a review of criminal history to protect the safety of our business, staff, and community.

Hiring Process
