About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. In this position, you will manage the life cycle of loans, engaging with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels including phone, email, and chat. You will present tailored solutions based on customer needs, clearly educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic demands will ensure timely and efficient service, allowing you to exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement.

Location and Schedule

This is an on-site position located in our community branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
