About the Role

Claim your career growth as a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist at GEICO’s Richardson, TX office and be a part of one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the United States. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are solution-oriented and empathetic to the needs of customers.

Through our paid, industry-leading training, you will learn the ins and outs of the claims process and be ready to assist Spanish-speaking policyholders during critical moments, such as after an accident. As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you will collect facts about the accident, investigate claim details, and gather statements from involved parties. Your patience, support, and attention to detail will help policyholders get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Work Model

This is a hybrid role. Training is 100% in-office in Richardson, Texas, for 6–9 months. Post-training, the schedule consists of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home per week.
