About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Chiropractic Medical Assistant to join our small, enthusiastic team. In this full-time role (approximately 35 hours per week), you will perform a blend of routine administrative and clinical assignments to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a vital link in creating a great environment for our patients, working closely with the team to manage patient treatment plans and support the chiropractic care process.
This position is ideal for a motivated, organized, and caring individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will be expected to give 110% to your work, take advice to heart, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and patients alike. Your day will involve communicating with patients via email, text, and phone, handling billing procedures with insurance companies, and assisting with physical therapy exercises and personal injury cases.
