This Business Intelligence team is focused on developing robust solutions that gather critical insights from data. We leverage tools like Tableau and Power BI to transform complex datasets into actionable stories. As a member of this team, you will interact directly with business areas to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that drive decision-making across the organization.

About the Role

Regardless of seniority, every team member upholds UNFCU's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing an exceptional service experience to colleagues and members alike. In this hybrid role based in NYC, you will design and develop dashboards and KPIs that tell a compelling story based on data insights.

You will work closely with analysts, product managers, and business users to troubleshoot, modify, and enhance existing BI assets. Your day-to-day involves verifying data accuracy across dashboards, reports, and data extracts, while resolving issues related to data quality, dashboard performance, and database efficiency. You will also evaluate and propose design implementations, manage change control processes, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws alongside UNFCU's Code of Ethics & Business Conduct.
