The group is dedicated to providing top-tier patient care while ensuring physicians have access to cutting-edge research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.

About the Role

NECS seeks a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Hematologist to join its highly successful, physician-led group. This role is designed for a physician who values a manageable patient volume and exceptional team support. Once ramped up, the position involves seeing 12-16 patients per day over four clinic days, with one dedicated administrative day. The team includes advanced practice providers, a nurse navigator, and schedulers, fostering a collegial culture. The call burden is low, featuring a 1:16 rotation where APPs handle the first call, resulting in only a handful of calls per year for the physician.
