Phoenix Children's and the Division of Hospital Medicine are expanding our clinical programs and advancing our academic endeavors. Composed of over 70 faculty across three sites, we nurture a variety of clinical, educational, quality improvement, and research interests. We are seeking committed clinicians, leaders, scholars, and educators to join our dynamic team.
Our Division plays an integral role in medical education, hosting an established, ACGME-accredited 2-year pediatric hospitalist fellowship program with six fellows. Our faculty also hold academic appointments at the University of Arizona, Creighton University, and Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.
Phoenix Children's - Main Campus is a freestanding children's hospital featuring a Level 1 trauma center and comprehensive subspecialty care. It serves as the hub for our large pediatric residency program and offers extensive opportunities for research and quality improvement.

We are recruiting for both standard and nocturnist positions at our Main Campus and community sites. Ideal candidates are experienced Hospitalists or fellowship graduates who are general pediatric board eligible/certified.
As a staff physician, you will provide patient care services that support the Phoenix Children's mission of providing hope, healing, and the best health care for children and their families. You will strive to achieve the best patient and family-centered care while adhering to divisional safety and quality standards. The role involves practicing contemporary evidence-based medicine, supporting medical education programs through teaching rounds and supervision, and contributing to the division's research endeavors.
