We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs. As a key point of contact for benefit questions, you will partner closely with vendors and coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions.
Your work will be instrumental in keeping our benefits experience clear, compliant, and employee-friendly, with a special focus on ensuring a smooth Open Enrollment process. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees and consultants, resolving issues with empathy and discretion while managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
