We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs. In this remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for benefit questions, partnering closely with vendors and coordinating with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions.
Your work will be instrumental in keeping our benefits experience clear, compliant, and employee-friendly, with a particular focus on ensuring a smooth process during Open Enrollment. You will act as the first point of contact for employee and consultant inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and discretion while managing complex administrative tasks such as 401(k) processing, HSA/FSA contributions, and COBRA changes.
